Encourage the creation of an enabling environment that supports the AIDS program, build the capacity of AIDS affected communities, create self-sufficiency – professionalism, and forge partnerships to create a comprehensive AIDS prevention effective and efficient through research, policy studies, advocacy, health promotion. Indonesia AIDS Coalition will work under the principles of human rights, social justice and gender based on the independence and professionalism.
